David Magarici, P.Eng., PMP

Meet David, our Project Manager on the PalmView Construction Team, a licensed Professional Engineer and PMP with over five years of experience delivering multimillion-dollar residential and commercial projects across the GTA. David's engineering background, rooted in a Master's degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Toronto and honed through years of bridge design and technical assessment work, gives him a technical edge most construction managers simply don't have. He's overseen the restoration of more than twenty properties, managing complex trade coordination, fund flow, and schedules to keep every project on track. David's steady, detail-driven leadership is what keeps owners, architects, and trades aligned, and keeps projects moving forward on time and on budget.
